This is a super cute journal for a kiddo to use to record things they are grateful for and things that make them happy. What a great idea! We should all do this. If you're just looking for a blank template for recording such things, this is a great journal, as every page is the same template to record what you were grateful for that day. If you're looking for any written content, guidance in gratitude, or anything other than the templates, you want a different product.
